Flat Creek Preserve and Wetlands Walk
This year, Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa has expanded its grounds, featuring 12 beautifully landscaped acres that surround the luxurious resort. The property rests along Flat Creek, which has recently gone through a state wide restoration project and offers guests a place to fish and observe the area’s wildlife in their natural habitat. In an effort to restore Flat Creek with the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality and the Wyoming Wildlife and Natural Resources Trust, the Rustic Inn is developing a way for guests to experience what so many visitors and natives have experienced for centuries. The new Wetlands Walk and Preserve will provide guests with a place to enjoy fly fishing, family picnics, outdoor events, and observe the roaming wildlife including the new family of otters.
