Depending on your skill level, the guides will decide on a suitable climb in either Grand Teton National Park or the Bridger-Teton National Forest. You will be given safety precautions, climbing technique and some helpful climbing tips. The Jackson Hole Mountain Guides will provide all of the technical climbing equipment such as harnesses, helmets, belay devices and ice axes. Climbing trips will meet at the Guide’s office at 8:30am, just minutes from Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole.
While your guides will provide the technical equipment for this Jackson Hole adventure, you will still need to come prepared. It is recommended that you wear durable footwear to hike to the climb as well as shoes that you can climb in. You should have 1 pair of thick wool socks and 1 pair of thin socks. Also be prepared with long and short sleeve shirts, a warm layer and rain jacket. You will want to have soft shell guide pants, shorts and rain pants. Mother nature may test you, so you will want to have everything you could need.
