- After hiking and sightseeing the Rustic Inn has a great little bar and restaurant to chill. The gal bartender and manager there is absolutely fabulous. The hotel has little cabins that are private and quiet. It's very comfortable and close to downtown.

- Cannot say enough great things about the Rustic Inn. The staff: went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. accommodations: beautiful room and location. The house keeping staff was excellent. food: the breakfast was fantastic every morning. Shuttle staff: awesome!! Thanks Rustic Inn for helping make this an awesome vacation. Jimmy & Patti

- Rustic Inn is a special place for me and my family. We have stayed there 3 times over the last two years and can not say enough about the resort. My son was able to fish for trout right off the patio of our cabin. The food was great as were the nightly drink specials.

- We enjoyed our time here with our friends. What a gorgeous setting this inn has! I recommend staying more than one night in Jackson and definately choose to stay here! This was well taken care of and very comfortable!

- After 4 days in basic accommodations in yellowstone, we spend 2 nights at Rustic Inn. Which simply can be described as "Wow" and don't look further. The king creekside cabins are perfect with a perfect porch to sit on after a long day. The Spa is perfect with good therapists and relaxing environment. Did not have diner at the restaurant but breakfast is amazing. No doubt we will be back if in the area and thanks to the staff whome made it even better.

- Stayed here on the first stop of my honeymoon at the end of ski season, we were in one of the creekside cabins, rooms were spacious and clean. Facilities on site were great with a laundry room and gym, lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. Good selection of breakfast foods and nice bar, would love to stay in summer.

- From the time we arrived at the airport and met Merchant to everyday riding with Bobby to the ski area and the other two drivers who were the most polite and helpful to the front desk staff who were so helpful and willing to assist us in anyway to Kattie in the bar who we thought was the greatest our trip was the best ever in a long time. My daughter was on spring break from college and we had a great family experience that we will never forget. Hats off to your whole staff..The Gwynns Miami Fl

- The accomodations were wonderful, the scenery was beautiful, the perks (shuttle service, breakfast, hot beverages around the clock...) were amazing, but the staff made the stay exceptional! The shuttle drivers were so helpful and friendly (Nate and Bobbie are the names that jump to mind). Katie at the bar not only convinced us to eat there, but added a personal touch that made it special. Deborah cooked a mean omlette and put on a decadent spread for breakfast. In short, we loved it!

- We had an excellent stay at your property. The customer service was second to none and our entire party was very impressed. The staff was just outstanding, responsive, and helpful. The accommodations were terrific, the rooms were well maintained and we loved the breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay at the Rustic Inn on a return trip to Jackson Hole!

- We had a fantastic stay at the Rustic Inn! Room 220 was beautiful and we felt so lucky to be right next to the creek. The front desk staff was very hospitable and helpful, giving us lots of great advice on touring the Grand Tetons, including recommending some great hiking trails. Breakfast was delicious and it was fun mingling with the other guests. My husband enjoyed the pool and steam room. We cannot imagine a nicer place to stay in Jackson Hole and will highly recommend it to others.

- We were so pleased from start to finish. We must have called 10 times asking your staff to describe the rooms, look at it on the internet, explain everything just one more time please... and they could not have been more patient and kind. When we arrived all we could say was WOW! it was so beautiful and welcoming. The continental breakfast was more than we could have hoped for. The homemade granola was fantastic. Beautiful, clean, accommodating and welcoming. I will definitely recommend you.

- Our stay at Rustic Inn was exceptional. The property itself, the accomodations, the creekside location, indeed everything was thoughtfully planned and well maintained . The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The concierge assisted us with last minute reservations and made excellent recommendations. Our family of 5 felt welcomed at all times. We'll be back.

- We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Rustic Inn. The accommodations were beautiful and the grounds were immaculate. After long days of hiking, we certainly appreciated our return to a clean,comfortable room and we all took full advantage of the heated pool and hot tub! We found the hotel location to be perfect as we were able to walk into the historic district and avoid the traffic. The staff was family-friendly and we all look forward to returning soon. Thanks for a lovely stay!

- We loved the beautiful Rustic Inn so much that after we checked out and spent a few days in Yellowstone we returned for an unplanned extra night at your Inn before our trip home to Florida. Everyone was warm and friendly while providing quick service. We especially enjoyed the service from Bobby. My kids even took a picture with him they liked him so much. - The Rustic Inn is a one of a kind place! In my 27 years of being a travel agent, I have never experienced anything quite so unique. The new cabins are phenominal, very cozy and warm, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. - We had a charming cabin overlooking the creek with nice amenities. Had fun watching the water fowl swim/fly by. A wonderful breakfast in the AM, great wine and appetizers in the evening, and all within walking distance of historic Jackson downtown.

- The breakfast buffet was a terrific way to start each day at the Rustic Inn lodge. The front desk staff was extremenly helpful. Special thanks to Stan who drove us to the town square, and found my son's goggles that he left at the pool. You guys exceeded our expectations!

- Everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. I felt comfortable staying at your inn, being I was traveling alone. Both Kattie and Ryan were very friendly and courteous at the bar area. I intend to return in the future. Thanks again so much for an enjoyable visit.

- I made selection based on web site and was pleased to find accomodations were accurately portrayed on the web site. Staff was extremely helpful with our needs and in providing information on the area. The complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel shuttle to Teton Village was always on time and convenient.
